THE ROLE

We are looking for a Logistics Controller to support the FxFF operations team through the creation of best-in-class warehousing reporting, covering: customer, stock loss, productivity and financial performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Manage KPI updates for COO, SVP, Directors;
    • Key POC for all SLA metrics and Operational reporting;
    • Understand warehouse processes and use the understanding to define reporting requirements;
    • Work with the Head of Operations and key stakeholders to build standard suite of global warehousing reporting, taking data directly from WMS and turning into meaningful output reviewed weekly and monthly;
    • Highlight continuous improvement opportunities based on data;
    • Review warehouses financial performance flagging opportunities and risk to operations teams;
    • Lead in-territory Farfetch operational teams with ad hoc analysis;
    • Able and willing to engage with the global team through occasional site visits to UK and EU sites.


WHO YOU ARE

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles;
    • Understanding of online fulfillment operations and warehousing;
    • Advanced Excel - ability to use complex formulas, pivots and create models;
    • Ideally SQL experience - comfortable writing queries;
    • Experience using and developing Looker and Tableau reports;
    • Experience working with WMS (JDA and Reflex) is a plus;
    • Strong numerical skills; comfortable manipulating and interpreting data sets and communicating insights and actions to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
    • Strong attention to detail and investigative nature.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
    • Experience in retail sport industry is a plus
