Accounting Coordinator/ Buchhalter(in) (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Übernahme der vollen Verantwortung für bestimmte Bereiche innerhalb unserer Debitoren- (B2B & B2C) und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Unterstützung beim monatlichen und jährlichen Rechnungsabschluss, der Mehrwertsteuererklärung und der Kostenstellenzuordnung
• Überwachung aller ein- und ausgehenden Zahlungsvorgänge
• Arbeit mit einer Vielzahl von modernen Tools wie Oracle Netsuite, Spendesk und vielen anderen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Buchhaltern, Steuerberatern und dem CFO
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Genauigkeit und Konsistenz der Arbeit mit viel Liebe zum Detail

• Take full ownership of designated areas within our Accounts Receivable (B2B & B2C) and Accounts Payable processes
• Assist with the monthly and yearly closing of the accounts, VAT declaration and cost center allocation
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payment transactions
• Work with a variety of modern tools including Oracle Netsuite, Spendesk and many more
• Work in close collaboration with our accountants, tax advisor and CFO
• Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of your work with high attention to detail

Your profile

• Technische Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder einschlägiger Studienabschluss in Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Finanzen
• mind. 1 Jahr einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der allgemeinen Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze nach GAAP
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office/GSuite und Datev, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil (Oracle Netsuite ist ein großes Plus)
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau)
• Gut strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
• Interesse an der Modeindustrie

• Technical Apprenticeship as Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in or Bilanzbuchhalter/in or relevant Degree in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
• min. 1 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent understanding of the general accounting principles according to German GAAP
• Confident using MS Office/GSuite and Datev, prior experience with ERP systems is a plus (with Oracle Netsuite a strong plus)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and proficient in German (min. B1 level)
• Well-structured and organised way of working
• Good team player and social skills
• Interest in the fashion industry
