As a Customer Service Employee, you are part of the Customer Service Department for the Benelux region. You ensure the HUGO BOSS customer experience by offering an excellent service and support towards our partners. You advise our customers, sell them our product range, take care of re-ordering, analyze sell out data and ensure that the products are delivered in time at the customer point of sale. We offer a challenging job in an enthusiastic and rapidly moving company with the possibility to further develop yourself. You report to the Team Leader Customer Service Benelux.

What you can expect:

  • Build and promote strong, long lasting relationships with our (international) customers;
  • Ensure accurate administration of customer data base, order and logistic processes;
  • Execute the re-order process and pro-actively sell our product range in order to reach set company targets;
  • Identify commercial opportunities and report this into the Sales Team;
  • Analyze, monitor and manage the (re)order availability & delivery performance with direct communication towards customers and other key stake holders;
  • Closely cooperate with multiple internal departments and provide them with accurate reporting (Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Wholesale Operations);
  • Initiate and contribute to projects and changes effecting the customer service efficiency;
  • Identify market shifts while being fully aware of product and competition status;
  • Operate as a true team player.


Your profile:

  • A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree in a suitable qualification and a good work and thinking level;
  • Outstanding communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Accurate, problem-solving, proactive, stress resistant and a hands-on mentality;
  • Service- and customer oriented;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, any additional market-specific language e.g. French is desirable;
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel);
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus;
  • Living nearby Amsterdam.
