What you can expect:

  • Mastering the work flow, processes and procedures of all organisational units
  • Working in corporation with all departments esp. with the Organisational Development & Controlling Section, HR and Purchasing
  • Evaluating the current state of business processes and determining the requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting process status
  • Carrying out studies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes
  • Coordination among departments via holistic approach
  • Making root cause analyzes and realizing corrective action plans whenever necessary
  • Creating analysis and activity reports and presenting them to senior management
  • Reading and commenting the financial reports, financial/cost analysis, following up budget vs actual

Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial/System/Business Engineering and or similar departments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Production, Finance area and Investment Projects
  • Experience in an international company preferably in other sectors (automotive or similar)
  • Experience in working with executives is a must
  • Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Better to have German, both written and spoken
  • Co-operations and people management skills
  • No travel restriction in and out of Turkey is a must
