Store Manager (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Berlin. Our upcoming Berlin flagship store will be the ultimate representation of that brand promise, a creative, exciting space, with the most relevant and interesting products for the culture pioneer — we’re looking for a skilled retail leader to help bring that vision to life every day. 

YOUR MISSION:

• Being responsible for the day-to-day management of the store
• Delivering sales in store and ensuring site profitability
• Propose innovative ideas to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Hire and manage store sales team and schedule
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct staff performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with staff or customers’ queries
• Keeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis
• Work with events team to help deliver events that work for our customer and sponsors

YOUR SKILLS:

• Proven successful experience in store management
• Excellent at building relationships with internal and external partners 
• Event management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong customer service mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Commercial awareness
• Market and product knowledge
• Enthusiastic about New Luxury brands and products
• Located in Berlin is a plus
