JOB PURPOSE

As a Training Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery and embedment of all retail training to our Field Teams across all UK and Ireland store doors ensuring consistency in service excellence and business results to support KPI achievement.

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate and prepare a shared calendar of the learning programmes for stores based on global and local projects
  • Facilitate TTT and large format training initiatives in partnership with Retail Excellence Teams as needed
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess the needs of the business to develop training strategies
  • Leverage business / commercial acumen to report on effects of training and skill development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and business performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance
  • Create customise and implement store training programmes in person or via Microsoft Teams
  • Manage Field Trainers on performance
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyse guest experience results to identify areas of opportunity on a store and regional level


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 4+ years as a Senior Trainer with leadership abilities, preferably in a luxury retail setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills showing the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional business partners and senior leadership team
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, conveying messages in a clear and concise way
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft (Powerpoint)
  • Travel within the UK required
  • Commercial mindset
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
