The Foundation is a well-established collective of innovative brand architects who build operative business strategies for emerging and established brands within the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are looking for a Los Angeles-based Social Media Marketing Coordinator who will work in supporting the marketing and social media channels for Superga. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has an excellent work ethic, is extremely proficient in content creation skills, and is eager to learn and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In addition, this person would ideally be well-versed in internet culture and its emerging trends.


  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute weekly and monthly strategies to build all social media accounts for multiple brands

  • Execute asset creation for Superga’s several social media platforms such as Instagram Stories, Instagram feed curation, and TikTok/Reel Editing

  • Consistently research brand competitors’ marketing efforts and graphics to implement

  •  Community engagement, including interacting with accounts and managing direct

  • messages and comments on all of our social media accounts promptly

  •  Seed and maintain relationships with new on-brand influencers for gifting (paid and

    unpaid partnerships in conjunction with our public relations agency)

  •  Order and package influencer orders

  • Track and report on social media metrics monthly

  •  Conduct general administrative duties such as maintaining updates on Google Sheets

    and reports

  •  Assist with planning and executing small and large-scale events, brand partnerships,

    and collaborations


  •  At least 2-3 years of social media marketing experience within the fashion industry

  •  Strong communication, multitasking, and extreme organizational skills with a large

    attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  •  Well-rounded knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and all other social media


  • Extreme proficiency in content creation skills

  • Strongly skilled in copywriting/brand voice

  • A strong understanding of internet culture, pop culture, and a taste level within the

    realm of contemporary fashion
