You will oversee the sales management activities for the regions EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Wholesales Directors. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business of NGG brands designing and executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections, in strong partnership with the Brand's sales managers as well as with our B2B clients.


    • Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions
    • Deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunities.
    • Manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiations
    • Follow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutions with the assistance of the customer services team
    • Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each 2b2 client
    • Analyze product performance in the markets for optimization of sales, providing feedback
    • Support Wholesale Directors in regional strategies
    • Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors
    • Being responsible for tracking and presenting sales on a regular basis, highlighting key trends and challenges to review with the management
    • Supervise the management of sales campaigns and partners to ensure targets are met


    • 8/10 years of experience as a wholesale manager in the luxury fashion industry
    • Business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
    • Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
    • Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced ever changing environment
    • Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Excel
    • Available for frequent international travels
