JOB PURPOSE

Participate actively to the overall quality organisation to allow the whole quality processes executing and maintaining our standards and expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and ensure quality data are well collected and maintained.
• Report and comment on quality KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, by season.
• Quality dashboard creation and maintenance of data in quality trackers as needed, to assess, understand and anticipate risks.
• Participate to Corrective Action Plans and in technical and handover meetings providing quality issue resolutions
• Support in writing management and technical reports.
• Provide information on product and raw materials risk assessment and non-compliances
• Participate to specifications and quality standards definition as well as implementation across the Leather good business unit.
• Create quality FG guidance of acceptance for teams in hubs
• Non Compliance of products after inspection at warehouse by QC teams: follow up with cross functional teams
• Review and assess customer feedbacks, identify and share key topics.
• Procedures, standards and specifications implementation across the Leather Goods unit
• Support the process and program for Quality Management.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Degree in product or materials technologies, quality or engineering
• Excellent skills in Excel, Power BI, Pack office.
• Proficient in English and Italian.
• Knowledge in PDM and data management.
• Leather Goods product knowledge a plus .
• Knowledge in quality management, manufacturing or engineering appreciated
