The Team

In close collaboration with our Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and PVH Brands Business units, we develop innovative and sustainable Supply Chain Networks that drive top line profitable sales by supporting and enhancing a synergetic and strategic sourcing approach to deliver best in class quality products together with our competent and socially compliant partners.

Central Inbound and International Markets Logistics teams are part of the Central Supply Chain Operations Department. Central Logistics Inbound are responsible for arranging the transportation of PVH Europe goods as from goods delivery at export consolidator until delivery to PVH Europe DC's assuring the best service is provided at lowest possible cost. International Markets Logistics team works with all International Markets (customers) on integration of individual Markets needs into PVH Europe processes and procedures. We are the spider in the web connecting divisions to DC, vendors to 3PL and purchasing to sales. The Position

As a member of the Central Inbound Logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the PVH Europe logistics flow working with our external stakeholders such as forwarders, carriers and terminals. You will also be working closely with the divisional operations teams for a smooth goods inbound flow as well as the DC's and Order Fulfillment team. Central Logistics Inbound is a great department to be apart of and we are looking for a colleague with a good work ethos who is also fun be around around and work with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main contact to collaborate with carriers and terminals in order to support all ship mode operations once in transit
  • Managing the flow of goods to keep them moving at all times
  • Providing higher management with key inbound reporting and analysis with full container visibility
  • Responsible in setting up regular meetings with forwarders, carriers and divisional operation teams
  • Smooth cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on all interfaces
  • Monitor communication between 3PL's and DC's Working and communicating with Distribution centers, Divisional operations teams, Buying Offices and vendors
  • Analyzing carrier KPI's, ensuring our external partners are adhering to the KPI's we set such as setting lead times and dock dates for shipments.
  • Delivering and presenting them to our key internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Central Inbound team and collaborate with International Markets Logistics team members
  • Reviewing and challenging our current logistics processes to continuously searching for solutions
  • Develop and offer divisional training on our logistics processes Maintaining the SAP system with shipment updates
  • Responsible for system issues and trouble shooting with Nexus, 3PL and carrier systems

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Open minded, fun to work with and willing to embrace a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in multicultural environment
  • Ability to generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Superior MS-Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • University/Engineering degree and less with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment or post-secondary degree with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems (ERP and supply chain planning systems) gained through education and/or experience
  • SAP system a preference
