Global E-Commerce is the heart of all E-Commerce activities at HUGO BOSS AG. With the claim "Best in Class" we offer an inspiring and customer-oriented e-commerce shopping experience. We are looking for a Junior Merchandise Manager Global eCommerce to strengthen our appointment as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Working against targets together with Senior merchandise manager for directly operated platforms: Net Sales, Total Price Reductions, Margin and Online availability
• Monitoring of in season performance on dedicated online platform and triggering necessary measures and actions with the teams
• Operational merchandising: In-Season trading, Allocation of fashion and NOS assortments, input for marketing strategy, organizational Open-to-buy fulfilment together with (Senior) Merchandise Manager
• Responsibility for tools and reports: design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement together with Senior Merchandise Manager and the team
• Alignment of marketing activities and newsletter setup
• Optimizing existing processes, ensuring smooth connection to interfaces, creating new processes, abolishing or changing old processes
• Joining projects as project team member or support as sub project lead
• Management of internal and external global interfaces
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, eCommerce or comparable qualification
• Assertiveness as well as an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and good time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of numbers
• Very good user skills in MS Office and SAP
• Very good language skills in English
