Based in London this is a full time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for RĂ©alisation, by being a primary contact with customers
  • Enhance the customer's experience with the brand throughout their purchase journey
  • Manage all communication with RĂ©alisation customers via email, and online communication channels
  • Assisting with product and service enquiries as well as order placement, monitoring order status, returns and exchanges processing
  • Prioritise and provide timely responses to all customer service, product and order related enquiries that are received
  • Liaise with warehouse staff, to fulfil orders and solve customer enquiries
  • Assist with the use online fraud management tools on our websites and payment gateways
  • Work closely with the Realisation team to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solutions being delivered
  • Ensure all systems and processes are followed
  • Maintain collaboration with the broader team to ensure a flow of information and key customer insights
  • Preparation of any reports or information as may be required
  • Assist where needed, to support the business and day to day operations

  • A genuine interest in fashion and a passion for the brand
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Fashion or retail experience preferred
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Flexible and proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do approach
  • Experience using Zendesk customer service platform (preferred)
