Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement cross-platform social media strategy to raise brand awareness, increase engagement and convert followers into customers
  • Manage existing brand channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) ensuring consistency
  • Create engaging content that follows and respects brand’s visual aesthetic and tone of voice
  • Coordinate social media calendar with PR, Communications and Retail activities
  • Manage social media communities by responding to interactions and act as a liaison point for all social media related customer enquiries
  • Stay on top of social media trends and expand brand presence to new channels
  • Collect and analyse data, creating performance reports for senior management and use analysis to adjust future strategies

Essential skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Experience using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and scheduling platforms
  • Track record in developing and implementing successful cross-platform social media strategies
  • Experience in paid social advertising
  • Good eye for visual aesthetic and experience communicating visual brand identity
  • Great command of English language and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused and organised
  • Be a good independent worker and a strong team player, supporting the wider communications team
  • Experience in fashion is preferable but not required Interest in luxury fashion, particularly womenswear is essential
