Job mission

To define, developp and optimize online acquisition campaigns worldwide for E-commerce, Marketplace and E-concessions.

Job responsabilities & activities

Directly reporting to Global E-business Director, the Digital Media Manager has the following main responsibilities:

• Build the 360-acquisition strategy to develop e-business performance by generating qualified traffic to brand.com, Marketplaces and E-concessions, on the following levers: SEA, SEO, paid social, retargeting, lead acquisition, display, and affiliation
• Manage the relationship with the media agency to ensure the proper management/optimization/ testing of online paid advertising budgets by improving the ROAS of the campaigns
• Define and optimize the traffic strategy of marketplaces and e-concessions in collaboration with our marketplace and e-concession manager
• Identify accurate KPIs and report paid campaign sales and margin performance in collaboration with the media agency and data team
• Carry out ongoing benchmark of the campaigns carried out by your competitors
• Manage all meetings and communication amongst the working groups
• Establish and grow relationships with internal and external partners

Skills & Experience

• +7 years of experience within a brand or agency acquisition and performance Media team
• a passion for traffic acquisition and the development of brand's online business activity
• in-depth transversal knowledge in growth marketing and lead generation
• very strong analytical mind, data and performance oriented
• excellent communication, writing and analytical skills
• team-player, autonomous and highly organized, you like to work in a customer-oriented ROI environment
