The Team

The Ecommerce (Ecom) Department is responsible for managing the European owned and operated Tommy.com and Calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue to grow significantly. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motived and skilled as well as inspiring to work with.

As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth. One of the strategic pillars is to drive a more data decision-driven culture within the business. Thus, we are looking to grow and scale up our analytical capabilities and team in order to provide best-in-class support to functions across the Ecombusiness, to allow for rapid and efficient decision-making.

The Position

The Junior Consumer Data Analyst, as part of the Ecom Analytics team,supports both brand teams, cross-functionally withconsumer data and analytics needs.You will work closely with Ecom consumer centricity and Ecom senior managers. This is an exciting and high-profile role with a lot of scope to develop further, combining a strong technical foundation with a keen business sense and stakeholder facing profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating insightful reports that combine web traffic data, transactional data, and consumers' feedback data.
  • Providing in-depth analysis from complicated consumer data.
  • Designing and analysing experiments to increase consumer retention using statistical methods..
  • Building prediction models to forecast consumer behaviour using machine learning or other.

The Ideal Candidate

  • at least two years' experiencewith data analysis (business intelligence, data science, data engineering)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science)
  • Experienced in the analysis of web traffic, A/B testing, and the use of statistics
  • Expertise in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Shine app, Superset)
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)
  • Professional working experience with Python, PySpark, and ETL pipelines (Airflow) is highly preferred
  • Has a proactive, data-driven, logical mindset; capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships
