At Stitch, we are looking for a Head of Product who loves growing and coaching Product Managers, understands and enjoys the challenge of growing B2B products in their early stages, and can inspire others around them. In this role, you will:

  • Shape, define, and iterate the core Product Strategy across our two product lines, the Hub & the Showroom.
  • Discover, experiment and execute PLG strategy and tactics across our products, aligned with our G2M strategy.
  • Grow and coach an amazing 3 person team of Product Managers, creating an environment of empowerment and autonomy.
  • Be a sparring partner for your fellow leaders and colleagues, bringing your expertise in Product Management to the table to help tackle new and existing challenges.
  • Shape and evolve strong Product Management practices and operations within Stitch.
  • Be a leading voice in the Product, taking part in key communication events, customer interactions, and a keystone player when new challenges arise.

  • Product Management is in your blood. You have a keen understanding that there are many levers to pull to create change, and that ambiguity is always going to be present.
  • You have a solid understanding of how to collaborate with all disciplines and leaders. You have crossed the chasm of individual contributors to leadership.
  • You embody the principles of servant leadership. You empower others and create autonomy for your team and peers, over control and over-operationalization.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience discovering and delivering value through software in Product Management, with at least 2 of those years leading other Product Managers.
  • You understand the challenges of leading an early-stage B2B product and have the experience to navigate them.
  • You understand the principles of PLG and have had experience in experimenting with those principles. We have the ambition to move away from pure Sales-led Growth, so we will need you the most here.
  • You are a storyteller and storyseller. You know that a strong narrative beats a PowerPoint deck all day, every day.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide your decision making and hypotheses, not just your gut instinct.
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills are essential for this role. We are looking for a real team player, highly collaborative, who gives constructive feedback to all to help them grow.
  • Being a start-up, you must be able to think on your feet and drive outcomes at lightning speed with a dash of pragmatism
