In this ever-changing international fashion environment with ongoing extensive macro challenges, your focus will be to work proactively to reduce and minimize apparent risks in our supply chain, making it run as smooth and efficiently as possible. We are looking for a professional with solid experience from logistics and warehouse operations that will uphold a high level when it comes to delivering service and cost-efficient operations. In this role, you will be working both independently by driving change and progress to deliver on set goals as well as together with the team, securing the overall outcome.

Main responsibilities:

As the Supply Chain Coordinator your main responsibility is to handle production inbound operations and related administration strategically and operationally. You will actively supervise and structure the supply chain process from order placement to setting the appropriate logistics setup to goods delivery and inbound at our 3PL warehouse as well as managing our outbound goods flow for DTC channels. Towards the organisation, your role is to be the link between production and sales, keeping on top of the production operations to present clear information internally.

Required profile:

Ability to make prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks. You have a high sense of responsibility for actions, projects and people, taking initiative and acting with confidence. Teamwork is of essence and your role in providing internal information and guidance is key. You have a high level of understanding the entire supply chain processes and the challenges it might impose on each level of the business and adjusts your communication thereafter.

Your focus lies on delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality, service and productivity. In the production planning, you will lay out the plan and create structure to enable timely deliveries and you are able to work productively and structured even in high- pressure situations. By staying updated, you are able to identify business opportunities within your field. You control costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value.

Required experience:

• Minimum 5-year relevant work expertise, preferably from the fashion industry
• Relevant education within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
