ERP Director

SWIM USA is the premiere designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in Easton, PA. We are 84 years young and seeking a Director of ERP to join our IT team.

What You'll Do...

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs to build strategic roadmaps in partnership with Enterprise Architecture
• Oversee all ERP systems
• Serve as an advisor for PLM and 3D technologies
• Identify, source, & integrate technology that facilitates and accelerates business processes, delivering "Best in Class" solutions and innovation.
• Lead and mentor a staff, and when required, be a hands-on team member
• Maintain operational and analytical data integrity
• Take the time to understand the operations of the company
• Work with upper management on IT projects
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for user needs.

Who You Are...

• B.A./B.S. degree, Masters preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent project management skill
• Passionate about the intersection of operations and technology
• Tech savvy and always keeping up with the newest trends
• Team player
