Essential Duties & Responsibilities
CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS: Une équipe axée sur le client
* Offrir une expérience client d'exception grâce au storytelling de la marque et en favorisant les synergies entre les fdifférents univers pour stimuler les ventes en boutique et/ou en ligne
* Construire une base de données clients (VIP) en tirant parti des ventes auprès de notre clientèle et des outils internes de l'entreprise
* Communiquer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service client de qualité et avec le manager sur les opportunités commerciales et fournir des feedbacks des clients Ambassadeur Ralph Lauren
* Créer un environnement unique en accord avec la philosophie Ralph Lauren
* Incarner les valeurs et l'esprit de Ralph Lauren
* Soutenir les managers en développant la connaissance produits de l'équipe Opérations
* Etre un expert des procédures de la Maison afin de maximiser les ventes et construire un portefeuille client
* Participer à des activités de merchandising
* S'assurer du respect des directives du visuel merchandising
