Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Bond Street as a Sales Support operative. Your main duties will be assisting the sales team with replenishment of the shop floor and stockroom. This role is a full time temporary 3-month contract to support our busiest period of the year.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
One team focused on the consumer
* Ensure client support excellence and operational efficiencies
* Manage deliveries and replenishment to optimise the product offer for clients
* Coordinate and communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service Ralph Lauren Brand Ambassador
* Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit
* Demonstrate a client-centric mindset
* Support operational efficiencies to create a welcoming and elevated store environment Operations
* Advance in Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies
* Manage and follow standard operating procedures and Client Support Area procedures to ensure compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and standards
* Store maintenance
