We're a creative family, building copy, data, and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold-standard imagery, content, and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.


Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best-connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


The Production Delivery Manager is accountable for the coordination of the multiple teams involved in the digital production process. You will manage all related activities to launch and maintain product online while also managing client needs and expectations.


    • You will build positive and productive working relationships with clients for business growth
    • You will be the main point of contact for the clients in all production-related issues and requests
    • You will provide regular feedback to clients regarding production status
    • You will manage the client's future production needs by providing an accurate and up-to-date forecast to the production teams
    • You will book production slots with clients according to their needs and internal production capacity
    • You will be responsible for securing essential production information between client and production teams (i.e. product information, barcodes, prices, geoprices, etc.)
    • You will handle day-to-day operations with brands - including new collections (currently in production) as well as collections already online
    • You will manage all tickets from Service Desk regarding production, issues, and tasks requested by clients, ensuring all SLAs agreed are fulfilled
    • You will follow up on budget to guarantee that costs are aligned with client tier/contract
    • You will address identified problems to other internal partners to ensure that the best service is provided to clients
    • You will be the primary contact of production for internal partners (tech, product, operations, pricing) in order to identify and support problem resolution


    • You are an experienced manager in a successful production operation with a thorough understanding of workflows, tools & systems, and the talent required
    • You are a creative problem solver, able to resolve problems under pressure and calmly.
    • You have experience in client-facing roles
    • You have project management skills
    • You have strong computer skills
    • You are proficient with Microsoft Office
    • You are well organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
    • You have the availability to travel for short periods of time
