The Marketing Team is responsible for supporting Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, and brand expansion, both for the Stadium Goods site and app. The Marketing Team consists of several overlapping departments, including digital marketing, brand, social, and content. The Marketing Team works cross-functionally across the entire organization.


As a digital marketing associate, you'll provide day-to-day support to the digital marketing team who's responsible for all acquisition and retention programs at Stadium Goods. We're looking for a talented, driven, and detail-oriented person with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.


    • You will work with display partners on day-to-day optimization and performance
    • You will manage retargeting campaigns with different partners and optimize acquisition KPIs
    • You will work with the marketing & content team to create and provide ads for each channel
    • You will provide operational support for paid social marketing
    • You will coordinate day-to-day operations for ad set-up on Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
    • You will monitor comments on all paid social ads
    • You will manage and continue to improve weekly performance reporting to drive insights and inform optimizations.
    • You will provide operational support for day-to-day CRM operations
    • You will test and schedule email & push notifications
    • You will manage email and push notification reports in support of the CRM manager (open)
    • You will help conceptualize, execute and analyze A/B tests to optimize email & push performance


    • You have a BA in Business, Finance, or Marketing and 2+ years of experience in a digital environment.
    • You are familiar with Google Analytics or other e-commerce analytics platform
    • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
    • You have strong project management skills, the ability to complete projects on time, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
    • Bonus points if you have a passion for the sneaker and streetwear industry
