Private Client Stylist

HEAT is an immersive and innovative shopping platform looking for a Private Client Stylist.

Our Private Client Stylist will be responsible for working with our top-tier customers and building the foundations of a bespoke, unparalleled service that includes direct sales, special drops and one-off sourcing.

The ideal candidate is able to strike the balance of being both creative and practical while also navigating between sales, customer service, and other departments. In your day-to-day, you will  cultivate relationships with key customers and ensure that individual sales targets are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate directly with own network  private clients to inform them of new drops and special product available
• Manage end to end lifecycle, from sourcing to sale to retention \
• Maintain client relationships through engagement activities
• Exceed aggressive personal sales targets
• Work directly with customer service and warehouse team to push for prompt resolution of client issues and concerns
• Provide input into buying decisions from a private client lens
• Advocate for top clients across different company touchpoints (e.g. events, product access, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of ever evolving trends across different style profiles and genders
• Customer-first mindset
• Independent and proactive with a positive attitude and strong ability to take ownership
• A driven and flexible self-starter
• Deep passion for luxury retail and fashion
• Existing blackbook of private client
