Customer Service & Office Coordinator

THE ROLE:

Howdy! We’re looking for a driven, jack of all trades to help ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience while interacting with our brand. Our customers are the most important thing to us, so the job carries a lot of responsibility! You will be the eyes, ears, and voice in customer interactions. You will also help keep the office and showroom well-oiled. As the first hire at our brand, the opportunities for growth are endless! You will be working closely with the founder of the brand daily.

YOU ARE:

You’re well-spoken, organized, and up for any challenge. You are very comfortable on the phone and possess a calm, patient, cheerful demeanor. You have a passion for skincare (bonus points for clean, natural, and organic skincare!) and are ready to be hands on at this product-driven startup. You’re driven and ready to buckle down and grow this business rapidly!

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OFFICE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with customers on chat, email, and phone and work to resolve customer inquiries in a fast and friendly manner
• Monitor and respond to online product reviews on website and across socials
• Create a weekly report detailing customer feedback on brand and product
• Help founder fulfill ecommerce orders from office
• Support team in shipping press, influencer, and investor packages
• Create a warm, welcoming, and orderly atmosphere for our team and guests of the showroom

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous customer facing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Shopify, Excel, and Google Workspace platforms a plus
• Able to be in the New York City office 3 times per week (Mondays required)
• Even keeled, organized, and able to work under pressure
