This is a very dynamic role for a candidate with excellent organisation and communication skills, who is passionate about delivering great customer service and growing the brand’s e-commerce.

A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international brand based in London.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Team Leader to manage 2 members of Customer Services Team to ensure company guidelines are followed and the team function effectively
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
    • Advising customers on products and fit questions
    • General ordering and product enquiries
    • Delivery queries
    • Issue resolution
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with couriers to resolve any issues
  • Offer general support to the E-commerce Team and the operations activities in London:
  • Provide assistance on online product merchandising
  • Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
  • Provide help to E-commerce fulfilment team at peak times and when required

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience delivering first-class customer service in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial mindset to evaluate situations and come up with ideas for solving issues in line with the company guidelines and legal requirements
  • Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
  • Very good organisation skills, is accurate in their work and pays attention to detail
  • Passion and determination to deliver outstanding results Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
  • Experience in e-commerce customer service and stock management an advantage
  • Self- starter mindset and is capable of working independently
  • A positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with a dynamic team where support is required
  • Excellent literacy of Microsoft Office Package
