About the Role

As an Account Manager for BR and BRFS, you are responsible for the end-to-end On Figure and Laydown Product Photography Production pipeline within the Gap Inc. Platform Photo Studio. You will be part of a seasoned, supportive and collaborative team that strives to deliver results by leading with a "Do it, Own it & Done" mindset. You will be empowered to "Create with Audacity" and "Do The Right Thing". If you are strategic in assessing business needs, strive to proactively develop plans to successfully support the business, flexible in a constantly changing retail environment, solution oriented and able to prioritize/manage multiple tasks/projects and motivated to consistently deliver against tight deadlines, you will fit nicely within our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for overall Production Scheduling for Banana Republic and Banana Republic Factory Product Photography Shoots
  • Execute deliverables for a growing business by identifying efficiencies, resolving workflow challenges to improve execution of production processes through solution-oriented thinking
  • Operate as a key conduit between Brand Partners and Photo Studio team to ensure continuity of creative nuances
  • Proactively manage communications, timelines and deliverables setting expectations with key stakeholders
  • Independently manage On Figure castings and present talent recommendations that align with brand and creative direction
  • Book models; negotiate talent fees and usage agreements.
  • Manage and forecast team workload to successfully meet production milestones
  • Adapt readily to change, remain open to new ideas, take on new responsibility, handle pressure, and adjust plansto meet fluctuating operational needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and partner with resources in the broader company

Develop Team and Self
  • Strong management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate direct reports. Engage in professional development
  • Foster relationships within team to build bench strength. Provide clear direction to team members to achieve Platform Photo Studio and individual goals

Manage Financial Responsibilities
  • Forecast cost and model budget management for BR and BRFS Product Photography shoots
  • Accountable for integrity of weekly metrics reporting and budget inputs. Oversee troubleshooting of all 3rdparty invoice and payment issues

Manage Relationships:
  • Develop and collaborate with key business partners to determine creative execution based on business needs for all brand initiatives and seasonal concepts
  • Partner with Production, Marketing, Creative and Merchants Teams to achieve consensus and develop relationships with business partners
