Position Overview
This individual will be working on PL Sportwear, primarily the Outerwear category, working closely with all cross functional partners (design, production, sourcing office, tech, merchandising) to develop design intent from concept to bulk. Responsible for daily correspondence not only internally but externally as well with our many overseas vendors and factories on status of each style. Addressing all updates and challenges to the team to mitigate risk. Responsible for the creation of techpacks per style that will be sent to factories for development and stock production purposes. Maintaining accurate charts and workflow of each style to be presented at each weekly touch base meeting with cross functional partners. Tracking of any protos/submits/samples that have been put into development, aligning with calendar milestones. Assist team with various time sensitive projects that may come up.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Great communication skills as this position requires daily cross functional communication internally and externally with our vendors/factories. Attention to fine details as the position is the main point person in entering all design related trim and fabric items into the BOM. Understanding of timelines and proactive nature in getting product through the development pipeline and maintaining on-time deliveries. Solution oriented in seeking results in a timely manner and working independently on the day to day workload. Tracking development from start to finish, keeping everyone aware of current status including protos and sample delivery. Partnering with manager in working on trim development, Tech Pack creation, and maintenance. Keeping updated records of changes or updates throughout the design process.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
PLM experience, SAP, Airtable, and Understanding of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL and OUTLOOK. Understanding of Raw Materials - Fabric and Skins. #LI-CE1
