Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Update information as needed prior to Ok to buy
* Establish pricing options to optimize the buy and to help achieve margins
* Partner with Design /PD on all design approval and comments
* Partner with Factories to ensure design execution meets product standards/RL Requirements
* Drive the optimized lead times and activities from development to store
* Lead and monitor the approval process (proto, s/samples and all components) leading to stock execution
* Maintain development and production costing for product
* Review and update all costs from initial to final stages
* Follow up on testing to ensure the quality level of the products are in the limits for the defined quality/performance standard
* Drive neckwear production calendar for sample & stock
* Create and maintain neckwear sample & stock POs; follow up on delivery
* Support and work with teams in other product category

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and its' applications, in particular Outlook and Excel.
* Well-developed computer skills and systems orientation.
* Proficiency in English language.
* Strong communication skills and flexibility with internal and external partners.
* Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Problem solving and results-oriented personality.
* Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
* Effective time management skills.
* 3/5 years at least of experience on the same role.
