Reporting to the manager of the Data Analytics & Asset Performance Management, you will be part of a team which aims to provide all Creative Operations teams automated and data-driven solutions, increasing processes' efficiencies and leveraging business decisions and new opportunities by developing data-driven analysis. You'll work with a wide group of stakeholders and promote creative solutions.


    • Research and develop data models to provide insights and find business opportunities within the scope of Creative Operations, in the Asset Performance Management context of the team;
    • Partner with Creative Operations teams to gather requirements and build business cases;
    • Be focused on improving our catalogue profitability and provide data-driven insights;
    • Promote creative solutions with data analytics and assume assumptions when needed;
    • Deal with ambiguous problems, yet inspiring business challenges.


    • A professional with 5+ years of professional experience in Data & Analytics projects / roles (mandatory), preferably with consulting experience;
    • A graduate of a Bachelor of Science program in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar;
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory);
    • Proficient in turning insights into a compelling and meaningful narrative, through engaging presentations (mandatory);
    • Experienced in programming languages (eg Python, SQL) and in predictive analytics (preferably);
    • Experienced in BI and data visualization tools (preferably);
    • Capable of persuading stakeholders with the use of data and analytics;
    • A good communicator with a critical mindset.
