THE ROLE

Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) Team, you will promote and shape the Farfetch Platform evolution, ensuring the right use cases and solutions are identified and built to help our fashion brands achieve their goals of increasing sales, engaging users, and improving the e-commerce performance for all websites and apps operated by FPS. You will work with developers and other product managers inside and outside FPS to guide the definition and implementation of platform capabilities. You will report to the Group Product Manager.

What you'll do

    • Understand customers' problems ('what' and 'why');
    • Identify business opportunities and success metrics;
    • Shape product vision and strategy based on research, data, and industry trends;
    • Guide product roadmap execution and communication; Translate customer needs into technical requirements;
    • Manage dependencies and provide a clear direction to engineering teams;
    • Work in an Agile environment throughout the product life-cycle;
    • Work with Product Marketing to launch new products.


Who you are

    • Graduated with a master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science
    • Engineering or other relevant to the area of Intervention;
    • You are a technology enthusiast and passionate about developing customer-centric products;
    • You are an excellent team player who enjoys working within a large and diverse team;
    • You have 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or a similar role;
    • You have relevant experience in E-commerce
