THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Distributor Director. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for driving revenue with third party distributors in Europe. Managing a small team, you will develop and implement effective strategic plans and will build and maintain long-term partnerships with your business partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will drive profitable and sustainable growth for distributors across Europe.
    • You will lead the development of account strategies and provide plans and forecasts on account performance.
    • You will establish and maintain long-term partnerships with your accounts. You will manage and coach a small team of Distributor Representatives. You will report on competitor activities and propose actions to increase revenue.
    • You will drive account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning and insight tools.


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have experience in a similar sales or business development role within retail, ideally working in the apparel or footwear industry.
    • You are able to create and implement successful sales strategies for high revenue accounts.
    • You have strong planning and negotiation skills.
    • You have excellent communication skills and can build long-term partnerships with accounts.
    • You are able to lead and coach a small team (at least one direct report).
    • You have experience in the sports retail industry (desirable but not essential).
