Position Overview
Provide support and direction for the merchandising process - identifying growth opportunities and protecting the needs of the business. Partner with regional merchandising, design, and production teams to manage the development process. Provide ongoing GFE system management, sample management, and preparation of adoption/line opening materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and partner with the planning team on Global Line Plans - creating super season category strategies inclusive of style and SKU plans, ensuring they support global brand direction Prepare analysis on sales trend and sell through, volume drivers and SKU productivity to influence business driving recommendations. Attend weekly cross-functional team meetings, driving product category and managing changes. Manage OK to BUY process. Manage in partnership with merchandising ops the creation and daily maintenance of data in GFE; including accurate & timely data entry & system updates for all merchandising item definition and line changes; ensuring all cross-functional teams are in alignment. Communicate and distribute all critical merchandising information to key functional areas on a timely basis. In partnership with merchandising operations, create and maintain add drop change form for weekly distribution. Presentation of line assortment to direct cross functional partners at the time of adoption and sales meeting Knowledge of competition and trends, identifying new opportunities appropriate for brand. High level of understanding of the accessories and footwear competitive landscape. Ensure adherence to product category's calendar milestones, line development and update status Ensure accurate sample management of product category; tracking of NY and EU samples; managing to sample accuracy Responsible for document creation and maintenance, ad hoc projects as they arise; line lists, adoption, line review, regional sample review and line opening materials

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree preferred Merchandising or buying experience in Women's Wear, Accessories and Footwear preferred Strong analytical and retail math skills. Strong communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills. Evident leadership and influencing skills. Highly organized, detail oriented & accurate. Resourceful, efficient, and able to take initiative. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Priority and time management. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, Retail Math, Adobe XD, and systems knowledge (GFE+). #LI-CE1
