Position Overview
The Manager of Business Process will be a champion and advocate for the stores and the customers' needs and will work to ensure that all performances partners deliver the highest level of service to the stores and customers at any point in time. The Manger manages teams that study and develop changes to an organization's business process to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. The Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing and new workstreams. Utilizes flowcharts and processes and identifies areas of improvement. Additionally, the Manager, engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross functional groups to collect inputs and data. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant information and data. Identifies KPI's and produce a data driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools and training to support adoption. The Manager manages a group of individuals. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing budget. The role will constantly seek to drive improvement to the processes and tools supporting the stores and will drive to make in-store operational tasks effective and practical. Defines reporting relationships within a project. Leads, manages and follows up on kickoff to define expectations. Gains alignment on projects and expectations from multiple groups including direct reports. Ensures stakeholders engagement and communication and alignment across multiple projects. The role will work with a broad range of performance partners to develop and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies. The role will be responsible for the design, documentation, communication and implementation of new or enhanced processes or tools to constantly improve store performance

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Orchestrate communications between key performance partners, supporting the store to deliver the upmost level of service · Manages, guides and supports multiple workstreams and follows up with direct reports and stakeholders timely with progress and risks · Identifies risks and provides actionable solutions · Guides talent identification and builds team development and succession planning · Ensures clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. · Manages overall functional budgeting for the retail fleet · Creates communication and management plans outlining stakeholders needs and reporting cadence · Assumes responsibility and ownership for strategic initiatives funded projects and has a great deal of customer contact and accountability · Lead and prioritize ad hoc projects based on business need and impact to the business · Drives change management activities in strong alignment with business partners. · Deliver new IT solutions to increase operational efficiencies in store · Create and deliver training to ensure clarity and process compliance · Establish action plan with performance partners to drive constant improvement that elevates the stores efficiency · Project management; manage tasks for multiple deliverables simultaneously, manage resources, set dates and goals, check progress regularly, maintain project related documents, anticipate obstacles and make the necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery in spite of unanticipated problems, work with various teams to find long term solutions, create and provide status reports · Providing the highest level of customer service to the field and home office, communicating with multiple levels within the organization

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· ​​5+ years in Project Management, Retail/Store Operations and/or Business Strategy/ Planning Experience /Strategy development required · Proven track record in delivering high quality results · Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution and follow up skills · Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common goal · Ability to prepare clear-well written documents such as briefings, requirement documents, oral presentations and recaps. · Ability to interview and facilitate focused group discussions as well as work collaboratively and build consensus across the organization. · Strong communication skills. facilitation and problem- solving skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management · Understanding of various retail programs and KPI's · Ability to analyze data, come up with a strategy to address any opportunities · Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe) · Proven project management and customer service skills · Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and ambiguity successfully · Must have a strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently, apply critical thinking skills to various scenarios and make effective well thought out decisions · Experience with process change and process implementation and innovative thinking · Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-past, changing environment and successful completion of all project tasks
