As a Fulfilment Account Manager you will maintain solid relationships with our internal and external clients. Reporting to the Head of Logistics Services Management, you will ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for clients, and attending all meetings, conversations and training workshops. You will also be able to develop relations with potential clients.


    • You will develop solid relationship with 1P and 3P clients
    • Analyse data to improve business, suggesting new service subscription
    • Address and resolve clients' complaints
    • You will be the main contact between clients and our teams
    • Manage the account teams assigned to each client
    • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for logistics and commercial teams
    • Develop an understanding of clients' requirements and preparing customized solutions
    • Work with the logistics team to search and develop new solutions requested by the market.


    • You have more than 3 years experience in Logistics specifically 3PL Fulfilment and Supply chain.
    • Previous experience within Sports Retail sector is a plus
    • Experience in Key Account Management
    • Experience using order management systems or warehouse management systems or similar
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
    • You can handle multiple client accounts
    • You are comfortable communicating with internal and external partners across all levels
