  • Responsible for the the overall planning of all marketing activities

  • Define & drive the overall marketing strategy together with the Head of Creative Brand & Content -Marketing and execute this strategy together with the performance marketing team.

  • Drive the overall globalization & country expansion

  • Revival untapped marketing potentials for the brand

  • Work closely with all related teams such as Product and Sales to guarantee the best outcomes

  • Define and execute collaborations

  • Execute all growth plans by leading and building a strong marketing team

  • Clear goal setting 

  • Create compelling and innovative marketing strategies together with the Head of Brand & Content Marketing and execute these together with the teams in order to aquire new customers and keep the exsting customer base happy selling the aeyde story to Media / Influencer / Retail / Customer

  • Define, plan and execute overall marketing activities and make sure to set realistic goals and meet sales targets according to business case

  • Manage all campaigns on an international level and assure a consistent presentation on all channels (eg. Media, Online / Web, Retail, Social, Newsletters). Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals. Incl. planning of budget and any controlling activites.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience (along the customer acquisition funnel) across multiple acquisition channels and customer touch points

  • Overseeing, planning and executing all paid/performance based digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email/CRM, paid social media, affiliate and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Build and use network of industry experts to position the brand in an international context

  • Definition of global & local communication strategies for each market in order to push organic marketing

  • Define yearly targets, focus topics, key communication points, key events for different countries

  • Define key collaboration partners & execute collaborations globally

  • Set up the digital strategy & lead the execution

  • KPI focused and driven approach

  • Build up and lead a team of experts / Juniors / interns


  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing

  • Academic degree and/or professional training in Marketing

  • Superior analytical skills and proven track record of process management and thinking

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

  • Very good network within the Marketing industry

  • Excellent project and people management skills

  • Ability to motivate, empower and think start-up driven

  • Demonstrated ability of strong KPI-based management paired with a flexible and hands-on mentality
