YOUR TASKS

• Lead all parts of the aeyde assortment with strong focus on Shoes & Accessoires, including the overall planning of the assortment and the product strategy    

• Assure assortments that work well for multiple sales channel, D2C as well as Wholesale, and establish seasonal collection/lineplans    

• Supplier sourcing and overall production management (conditions & negotiation etc.)    

• Set the strategy for optimized buying across all DTC channels in accordance with company vision, customer segmentation, price strategy and design direction

• Optimize product assortment and determine order quantification for the seasonal buying based on in-depth quantitative/qualitative analysis and feedback on product/collection

• Monitor the reporting and sales of the collection and create important insights for the creation of future collections    

• Sourcing of additional products for potential product portfolio extensions    

• Manage a small team of Designers, Product Managers and Merchandisers 

• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations

YOUR PROFILE

• 8+ years of global experience across Product and Merchandising, and ideally a  background in Buying & Sourcing 

• Multi-category product experience with strong product trend understanding

• Superior analytical skills and a proactive attitude

• Track record in cross-functional team management 

• Strong understanding of modern luxury

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
