About the Role

The Sourcing Operations Team is responsible to deliver consistent operational performance (Delivery & PO) to our portfolio of brands and drive transformation of our sourcing and regional operating model inclusive of simplification of processes and workflows, elimination of 'waste' & making operations more agile & efficient

The team acts as the Central Command Centre across all brands & sourcing functions on supply disruption management work and is the port of call for all foundational sourcing analytics & reporting needs.

Additionally, the team is accredited with driving 2 large scale impactful projects : Booking & GPO.

The team is a unique blend of professionals from Tier 1 B-Schools, Fashion institutes spread across South East Asia, South Asia, Greater China, Central Americas, and Turkey.

What You'll Do

Business Lead for Cross functional projects: Booking & GPO within the Sourcing Operations Team

  • Partner in Design, Development & Deployment for Booking & PO capabilities
  • Bring the business expertise in influencing teams on new ways of working - simplified, transparent and automated
  • Support Brand by Brand roll out in staged phases
  • Work closely with PdM & Change management team in the development and delivery of training content on these projects
  • Heavy lift with stakeholders in UAT, Trouble shooting, Lab support upon go live
  • Partner with Change team on building appropriate governance mechanisms

Who You Are

Functional Skills & Qualifications

  • Business Operations, Project Management & Technology - if you are at intersection of this, you should be here!
  • Prior Product Development experience in a large-scale apparel sourcing organization is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 15+ years of leading & managing sourcing or operations of different scale & complexity
  • People Management Experience is necessary
  • MBA from tier-1 B-School preferred

  • Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership effectively & clearly through the art of storytelling
  • Thrives & drive results in a highly agile and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
  • Excellent Analytical skills to derive key insights & their impact to the business
  • Expert in Project Management with attention to accuracy and speed
