About the Role

This role supports the Fabric Quality Testing and Certification manager and is responsible for monitoring and reporting certification and testing status for B2B products.

What You'll Do

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
  • Communicate testing and certification timelines with mills and vendors and monitors their performance
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a central data base for all test reports and certificates
  • Support Fabric Quality Testing and Certification Manager
  • Communicate with mills and vendors for testing/certification issues
  • Booking and follow up on mill audits and fabric inspections
  • Create database of certificates and test reports and update on a regular basis
  • Manage and send out status reports to CFT
  • Provide admin support as necessary


Who You Are

  • Technical - Experience working in testing lab, fabric mill or manufacturing will be an advantage
  • Problem Solver- can proactively solve problems and effectively manage challenges
  • Communication- Proven verbal and written skills in English and can speak to both brands and mills
  • Experimentation -ability to gather and analyze data along with improvements with vendors
  • Personal Leadership- demonstrated influencing, and collaboration across a technical team
