Arddun Agency are a London based Womenswear wholesale agency and retailer based in Shoreditch, London specialising in the Luxury and Advanced Contemporary world. We are looking for an PA/EA to support the team and directors as our business continues to evolve and grow. We are small but fast-growing team that are close-knit and we aim to provide a nurturing and enjoyable place to work and are looking for a candidate that shares our core qualities of humble, hungry and inquisitive!


The key responsibilities of this role include:

 - supporting the two owners of the business and one further Director across all admin and business functions

 - managing the day-to-day diary and appointments for the Directors

- managing internal and external facilities including cleaners, IT, landlords and expenses

- helping with sending, tracking and receiving shipments and deliveries if needed

- meeting scheduling and diary management across wider business

- helping and supporting on team international travel booking and working with a travel agent

- managing the team social and event schedule including Christmas party, birthdays etc

- light HR support 

- basic ad-hoc admin tasks

- supporting the directors on personal admin tasks as and when needed

 - working with Directors on some level of support on personal tasks

 - inbox management for one of the owners

 - as a business we travel a fair amount to NYC and Paris – support on these trips would be welcome but not vital

 - be proactive with upcoming trips and events and ensure support is provided in advance

 - lead on small projects, working to a brief from the directors

 - strong communication with clients and external parties

 

The right candidate would have the following experience and aspirations:

- 3+ years of experience as an EA/PA

- great customer service skills 

- an interest in fashion 

- strong attention to detail 

- ability to multi task and willing to take on and learn new skills 

 

This role would suit a candidate that is eager to get into the world of fashion and experience all areas of the business. The role will be based at our Shoreditch office and showroom with some working from home opportunities.
