JOB PURPOSE

You will manage the seasonal collation of sustainable supplier data at material level and follow-through finished goods claims in a manner congruent with the supply chain objectives: delivering quality product, on time and at the right price.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process of documentation (as-is) and reinforcement with suppliers/vendors
  • Storage of Vendor Declarations / Supplier certifications and relevant reporting
  • Download and analyse reports regularly to capture any additional data
  • Identify sustainable materials used and the products with sustainable claims
  • Check all data needed for quarterly reporting is available
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external partners to complete and validate data
  • Collect relevant certificates from mills upon shipment for all sustainable raw materials
  • Validate certificates
  • Upload documents onto the central systems


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Access and Excel
  • Organized, efficient, detailed
  • Thorough with large data sources and reports
  • Ability to react to change
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Willingness and passion to learn new things every day
  • Previous experience within sustainability or interested to learn about sustainability
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workloads
  • Methodical approach to work and a good attention to detail
