Job Details
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze collection sell through, prepare various reports, monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory level by market
- Assist in assortment building and communication with design/sourcing teams
- Sample management: monitor sample delivery to HK/China/Korea/Aus./India, house-keeping of samples in various seasons, sample sale arrangement
- Prepare collection presentation with line direction, style assortment and pricing
- Follow up orders and quality issues in accordance with corporate standard
- Create and maintain product records including line sheets, price list master, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years all-rounded merchandising experience, with at least 1-2 years
- in retail industry
- Previous working experience in international fashion or denim brands is definitely an advantage
- Bachelor degree required, preferred in fashion or business related discipline
- Solid understanding of retail buying and the product creation process
- Strong commercial sense and knowledge of consumer/fashion trends
- Intense interest in fashion branding / retailing
- Creative, visionary and able to clearly articulate product point-of-view
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Collaborative with ability to work across functions and in concert with region and
- Global counterparts
- Excellent people and process management skills
