This team leader will work hands-on with an excellent small team to make sure that new orders of our (Re)Loved products are packed well and shipped quickly. They will also handle processing of repair items and work with leadership to find ways to improve inventory and processing of products. 80% of the work is alongside their reports, leading by example.

Primary Purpose: To manage a team of clerks and to make sure shipments are delivered properly and on time. Evaluates shipments and product levels and maintains inventory control.

  • Create a strong system to support and report the ins and outs of (RE)Love inventory
  • Thorough training and writing of policies and procedures
  • Support POS project rollout and Policy and Procedure
  • Assist with system enhancements, implementation, and deployment
  • Support Retail Operations policy and procedure
  • Partner with the Sustainability Team on inventory Needs

  • Management of in house inbound and outbound fulfillment operations and personnel
  • Ensure that all goods are cleared through internal QC, barcoded, and received in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with the Photography team o ensure seamless inbound inventory movement
  • Develop and implement KPI's to measure warehouse efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships with UPS /DHL and suppliers
  • Effectively manage Coach's inventory to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment, minimize backorders, and promote inventory turns
  • Utilize key metrics to improve, manage and maintain an efficient workflow of product, raw materials and staffing demands
  • Run and Distribute weekly SAP on-hand reports
  • Directly responsible for ensuring safety levels constantly exceed the industry standard
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive fulfillment strategy for Coach's facility by shaping requirements, assessing deliverables, and utilizing resources to help eliminate process pain points
  • Must be willing to assist with other functions, as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

An outstanding professional will have...
  • 5+ years inventory experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Previous experience on operations / inventory management
  • Understanding of eCommerce, Warehouse
  • Understanding and working experience in luxury leather handbags and goods
  • Bi-lingual: English, Spanish preferred
