What makes you, makes Zegna

As an AMBASSADOR & MARKETING COORDINATOR, you will be the face and voice of ZEGNA in Madrid, acting as the local responsible for coordinating and executing the Real Madrid Experiences that ZEGNA will arrange with their VIP clients. Provide support to EMEA Marketing Coordinator with the execution of Marketing activities for Iberia(Spain and Portugal).

What makes up your day

In this role, you will:

• Be the link and the engine within Real Madrid Partnership & Activations team, Consumer Engagement HQ team, Market´s Retail/ Marketing teams and Madrid Retail team in creating the most amazing experience for our VIP clients.
• Be by the side of International clients during their visits to Madrid, helping and assisting them during their stay in town.
• Be the local referent and interface to Customer & Retail Excellence/Marketing functions, working on hotels/restaurants reservations, partnering with cultural institutions (museums, gardens, private art galleries), coordinating with Real Madrid team to attend soccer matches and/or arrange visits to their premises or other delighting activities for clients.
• Accurately report all spending for ROMI calculation
• Provide support to EMEA Marketing Coordinator with the execution of Marketing activities for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to ensure the implementation of the markets strategy with a focus on retaining existing customers through dedicated activities, attract new customers.
• Spread the clientelling culture acting as a role model both with internal staff (retail managers and store staff) and external contacts.

• Strong business connection and networking in Madrid.
• Availability to attend business dinners and weekends with international clients in Madrid.
