The Logistics Strategic Planning & Programs team's mission is to ensure the Supply Chain department is running efficiently, guaranteeing cross-functional strategic alignment and delivery of complex initiatives and programs. We are looking for a Strategy Associate reporting to the Sr Manager - Logistics Strategic Planning & Programs, who shares the passion for finding answers to complex questions, enjoys collaboration and ambiguous but exciting challenges - and wants to have some fun along the way.     • Lead and support Supply Chain & Logistics on cross-functional projects and programs and successfully deliver results, while defining and optimise ways of working
    • Support all areas of the department with our strategic planning cycle - from defining strategic guidelines, OKRs and budget to definition and prioritisation of key strategic programs and initiatives
    • Solve business challenges through collaborative and cross-functional problem-solving
    • Provide Senior management insight to support prioritisation and decision making on how to better manage the department's portfolio and team's capacity


    • Strategic thinker with 4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Strategy roles
    • Experienced project manager, with the ability to lead projects E2E autonomously, from concept to delivery, including change management
    • Passionate about Strategy, Operations, and Technology
    • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
    • Skilled problem solver with experience working cross-functionally to scope and deliver initiatives
    • Able to communicate at multiple levels in the organisation - you'll be presenting and working with Director levels and above
    • Strong analytical background and highly skilled in excel, knowledge of SQL/BigQuery is a plus
    • Fluent in English
