Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Strategic Planning & Analytics Director who will shape and lead the digital organisation's vision and strategic planning efforts with a medium/long term outlook, while identifying opportunities, enabling structural growth through x-functional aligned plans and through leadership. You will also be responsible to lead the analytics team, setting the vision, structure, and ensuring alignment between the vision and the business/consumer impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Setup and drive governance process with leadership
    • Prioritise and report key business & consumer needs
    • Identify and unlock business development opportunities
    • Run pilot programs with early-stage products and business models
    • Build out, lead and manage the analytics function to ensure decisions and processes are underpinned with data insights
    • Understand and predict how our different channels combine to achieve targets, identifying risks and opportunities
    • Introduce new, advanced data techniques to ensure that forecasting and planning is as sophisticated, efficient and accurate as possible
    • Work with the team to help develop our ability to present and visualise findings
    • Be an expert on market and competition and act as a leader within the company

    • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs
    • User-centric mindset
    • Excellent international stakeholder management
    • Ecommerce and analytics background
    • Management experience with strong leadership and mentoring skills
    • Have the ability to understand large quantities of data, convert these to actionable insights and digestible roadmaps for business units
    • Be a very strong communicator and stakeholder manager with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
