HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit in Coldrerio/Switzerland, the candidate will support the Creative Product Development Hosiery Team taking care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

• Create and develop innovative design concepts in line with the creative strategic directions;
• Translate designs, artworks and graphics into digital style creation, full specification packages and elaborate virtualization for the Digital Show Room;
• Lead and monitor internally and externally the product development process to ensure style, fit, quality, samples and industry compliance;
• Source and develop yarns and trimmings;
• Negotiate prices and perform calculation tools;
• Manage precisely all style related data in PLM in a timely manner.

Your profile:

• Have studied clothing/ textile technologies or fashion design; two years experience in a similar role would be a plus;
• Solid knowledge of the product innovations and development process;
• Professional knowledge of MS-Office and Creative Suite (Illustrator etc.), as well as knowledge in 3D Product Creation Software;
• Fluent in English, German and/or Italian would be a plus;
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to manage and adapt to change;
• A team player able to work within a cross-functional team with strong organizational and communicational skills.
