The multidisciplinary graphic designer is responsible for developing and delivering designs and artwork across all creative asset outputs including CAMILLA AND MARC’s digital, social and retail channels. The Graphic Designer is an integral part of the creative process working to continually deliver to the CAMILLA AND MARC visual guidelines in-line with overall brand objectives. The role is integral in supporting the global brand strategy - developing and delivering all creative projects from seasonal shoots to key brand initiatives and concepts.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain brand standards and support new initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across channels
  • Support the seasonal campaign shoots under the direction of the Art Director - working on pre-production documents and seasonal presentations.
  • Develop ideas for creative design strategies to engage the CAMILLA AND MARC customer and continue to differentiate CAMILLA AND MARC’s identity globally
  • Develop graphics, animation and font treatment/proposal for campaign assets
  • Develop motion graphics for web and social media campaigns
  • Design assets for a mix of brand marketing, PR, and business needs such as lookbooks, invitations, press materials and other brand materials and internal presentations.
  • Work with the producer to deliver all post-production seasonal assets including retouching notes, management of the final delivery of imagery, layout development, cropping and all seasonal deliverables, optimising all content for digital use across pre and post production.
  • Develop seasonal retail assets on-time and to-budget.
  • Capture content on-set at shoots to be used across CAMILLA AND MARC digital channels.
  • Image and trend research: creative referencing, sourcing creative partners the brand team can collaborate with: i.e. photographers, models, stylists, set designers, illustrators, editors for creative team to support the development of ideas, concepts and presentations
  • Visualise the seasonal social content plan, working with the digital marketing manager to ensure strong storytelling and alignment with the marketing calendar
  • Assist in casting for e-commerce shoots.
  • Support creative team on e-commerce shoots, capturing content for digital channels.
  • Assist in retouching and resizing of product photography.
  • Manage and maintain image archive.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in 360 design, preferably with fashion or a creative agency
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Bridge. After Effects, FinalCut/Premier Pro a bonus)
  • Impeccable typography and graphic design skills, must have a strong portfolio that exemplifies a broad range of concept development and execution for digital
  • Elevated eye for design, layout and ability to adhere to brand guidelines and meet commercial objectives
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation skills is a very strong plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of photo layout with an elevated aesthetic and creative approach
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask – deadline driven
  • Passionate about CAMILLA AND MARC with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic
  • Knowledge, interest and understanding of the fashion and luxury industries
  • A team player, happy to help out where needed
