About the Role

In this role, you will help to ensure our Compensation programs and practices are market competitive and drive a performance culture. You support the development, adaptation, and delivery of Compensation programs and key initiatives to the business. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our Compensation programs and practices are effectively leveraged to enable talent attraction and retention. In providing strategic partnership to multiple client groups, you will design and implement market competitive compensation solutions that are aligned with our compensation philosophy and enable the talent strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with client groups to develop strategic compensation strategy to attractetain top talent and ensure competitive and equitable compensation
  • Consult with HR and the business on labor market trends, internal/external competitiveness and complex compensation recommendations
  • Rollout compensation programs to client groups and consult on program execution
  • Responsible for salary structures and salary increase budgets/guidelines for client groups
  • Develops annual compensation review strategy for client groups, including budget utilization and differentiation strategy
  • Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation
  • Responsible for planning, budget, and end results; sets policies and strategic direction for area/team
  • Maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies


Who You Are

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative skills; ability to evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external sources) and determine solutions; proficient in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence, explain and defend a point of view, and negotiate; proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with various business partners
  • Ability to make connections between own subject area and other parts of the business
  • Experience in Compensation or other analytical field (e.g. Finance, Inventory Management)
