We are currently looking for a passionateTeam Lead Space Planning (m/f/d).A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and a lot fun at work is looking forward to welcome you in our Global Retail Managementdepartment.

What you can expect:

  • Taking over Global Space Planning Responsibility for all new Store Openings and Renovations
  • Supervision of all CAD Space Allocations created by the Team based on defined shop concepts, layout planning guidelines and regional operational requirements in close collaboration with the global Retail and Shop Construction Teams
  • Design and layout planning of flagship and pilot projects - in close collaboration with the concept responsible and regional Shop Construction
  • Creation of global space planning tools (considering sales & capacity targets, stockroom optimization) as base for the planning process
  • Enabling of the markets and relevant planning interfaces in terms of Shop Concepts, process and tool know-how as well as related layout planning standards
  • Implementation of regional training summits
  • Global Capacity and Space Maintenance as well as Global Back of House & Storage Optimization
  • Supervision, guidance and development of Team members


Your profile:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the fashion industry
  • Profound experience in retail space planning or similar fields
  • Ability to motivate, develop and coach the Team
  • Very good communication skills
  • Affinity for numbers and processes
  • Ability to focus on the big picture as well as the ability to structure processes and tasks
  • Professional international experience as well as a global mindset is beneficial
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, German is an add-on
