The Team
The Ecommerce Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com sites across all European markets, shipping currently to 27 countries. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Tommy Hilfiger is growing in a fast pace and has very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. As the Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion for both owned-and-operated Ecom, as well as to our fast growing Partner Program business. The team is 150+ people strong and has expanded significantly over the past year. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in.

The Position
  • Analyzing and solving the orders and returns that have encountered issues and escalate the problem to the relevant team when help is needed.
  • Ensure that payment and refund processing is handled on time and in line with customer needs.
  • Create daily payment reports to identify issues.
  • Correct payments and refunds in the E-Commerce systems to ensure every payment or refund is correct and processed, escalate issues to the relevant team when help is needed.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for payment and refund processing.
  • Recommending new features, changes and bug fixes through constantly analyzing the current order flow process.
  • Collaborating with the other teams to fix bugs, implement changes, and create new features, by raising and managing tickets.
  • Support Customer Service team with payment flow related issues or requests.
  • Contribute in projects, including specifying project requirements, and support testing
  • Support the leadership within the organization with requested information and reporting, and make recommendations concerning improvements of payment procedures.
  • Assisting other Ecommerce teams when operational reports or specific information is needed.
  • Supporting the Specialists in ongoing Ecommerce Operations projects

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 year's operational experience in an Ecommerce role
  • Motivation to work in operations and learn the Ecommerce payment processes and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Ideally knowledge of payment platforms/PSPs
  • Ideally knowledge of SAP FMS
  • Ideally knowledge of Omni business processes
  • Continuous improvement skills
  • Detail-oriented
